Coalition building and management
Coalitions increase an entity’s ability to impact an issue. Often coalitions are comprised of groups with widely disparate interests that come together to work toward a single common goal.
Coalitions come in all shapes and sizes. The one common denominator is the need for an overarching, comprehensive strategy to achieve the goal that includes a system to recruit members, to communicate regularly and with a common voice, and to lobby effectively, incorporating a strong grassroots program.
Arnold Public Affairs has a proven track record of successful coalition management for a variety of entities (see case studies). No one blueprint works for each coalition. Arnold Public Affairs will design a program that works best for each client, developing a common message, coordinating the efforts of lobbyists within each member organization, as well as each organization’s grassroots to achieve the coalition’s goal.
